About Us 'Chadderbox Online' is produced by students at St. Chad's Catholic High School in Runcorn. Joe, Josh, Hannah, Claire, Toni, Michael and Callum the first group of St Chad's pupils introduced to online journalism and HTML on an away-day to Edge Hill University in Ormskirk in July 2005. The Aimhigher team at Edge Hill invited journalists to guide the pupils of St Chad's to produce a "sustainable" news website. Working to tight deadlines the pupils of St Chad's made sure that the school news online website was born. The team came to terms with HTML coding and composed and published the initial seven articles for the site. When school resumes in the autumn 'Chadderbox Online' will be updated and cover many new stories and events - so watch this space. |
