Green Day - American Idiot

The punk band Green Day's new album 'American Idiot' is different from everthing else that they have already released. Every song on the album is as good as the one before it. Hannah Gilsenan's favorite song on the album is 'Jesus of Suburbia' and she would recommend you to buy it just for that song.

Green Day are a punk band from the late '80s and their first album was called "39/smooth." The lead singer is called Billy Joe Armstrong, who also plays guitar. The drummer is called Tre Cool and the bass player is Mike Dirnt.

The latest release from the album is 'Wake me up when September ends' and it was released in two parts. One part has two live songs on it and the other only has one. It entered the charts at number 7 and is now at number 12.

My opinion of the album is that it is really good and Green Day have really pushed them selves to the limits, and I am sure they will keep good music coming for a long time. The album has got some really catchy tunes that you cant get out of your head.
