Our Menus

We are committed to offering our customers a well balanced meal that supplies the essential vitamins and nutrients needed to provide the energy that they require for a busy school day.

Our teams are fully trained to ensure that our food is prepared and cooked using healthier methods such as oven baking instead of frying and not using additional salt or sugar.  

We change our menu cycle every term so that our chefs can utilise the great seasonal produce and dishes that are available and to keep the choices attractive and interesting for our customers.

Helping Pupils Eat Well

Government reports have predicted levels of obesity among children and young people will continue to rise if action is not taken to tackle this trend so it is of great importance that children are encouraged and educated to eat a balanced diet.

To make sure that we conform to these standards, we use nutritional software to analyse our menus for nutritional content. To help achieve the required standards, we add extra vegetables to meat dishes such as spaghetti bolognaise or shepherd’s pie to boost vegetable intake and we have some great ‘iron’ boosting’ dishes on the menu to help prevent anaemia.
