Period 6 is the name we are using for the optional after school classes and activities. We call it this because it will run from 2:50pm until 3:50pm after period 5!

There will be a varied menu of activities available. We are at the moment collating all the activities available from the different staff involved and we will know shortly which activities are available. At the moment we are expecting the following to be available:

Period 6 is not meant to be another lesson. It is designed and portrayed in a manner that can delevop your skills whilst still having fun. You will be able to have a go at something that interests you, and you can do it in a safe, relaxed environment.

At St Chad’s we have put together a comprehensive range of activities which our students have access to.  Our period 6 programme is designed to provide coverage through: Study Support / The Arts / Sport / Modern Foreign Languages / Clubs.
