ICT Workshops To help to develop the ICT skills of all staff a number of ICT workshops will be available throughout the year. These workshops will focus on areas of staff development and will also feature examples of best practice from both staff externally and at St Chad’s. The first series of workshops were on 11 December 2008 and featured the use of the Virtual Learning Environment, using Apple Mac software in the Satellite CLC, developing Podcasting and new technologies available for use in education. The next series of workshops will take place on 30th April 2009 and will concentrate on the use of Kar2ouche software, development of the Virtual Learning Environment and the use of Smartphones for revision.
