Why Study GCE Applied  ICT?
This practical course qualifies for UCAS points so if you complete it successfully you could move in to study for a degree or BTEC National Diploma in related subjects such as ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Multimedia, Software Engineering, Computer Networking, e-Business and Information Management. You could also go on to work-based training such as IT User/Practitioner, NVQs or vendor specific qualifications.  Students also get the opportunity to take part of the high profile Careers Academy.

A2 Units
Using Database Software - Unit 7
Managing ICT projects - Unit 8
Using Multimedia Software - Unit 10

All lessons are taught in state-of-the-art ICT suites by experienced AS and A2 Teaching Staff.

 

What do I need to take this course?

5 GCSE's Grade A*-C with a Grade B in AIDA or any other GCSE ICT qualification.
