History
Why Study History ?
History encourages students to think for themselves and to carry out independent research. It leads to effective skills in organisation and communication and promotes expression and debate. These are all useful skills to prepare you for university life and the world of work.
An AS/A2 level qualification in History provides an excellent grounding for a wide variety of Higher Education courses such as Law, Politics, Journalism and teaching.
